1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, booking a session, or participating in any events or offerings, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other legal notices or disclaimers provided. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

33 Hearts Healing offers spiritual and energetic services, including but not limited to:

Reiki Healing (in-person and/or distant)
Mediumship and Intuitive Readings (in-person and/or distant)
Energy Work
Group Sessions and Circles
Spiritual Development Events

These services are provided for spiritual support and personal insight, and are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice or treatment.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older (or have a parent sign off) to use our services. By engaging with 33 Hearts Healing, you confirm that you are of legal age and voluntarily seek the services provided.

4. Disclaimer

All services are offered in good faith for personal and spiritual development. We make no guarantees of specific outcomes, and results may vary.

Reiki is a complementary therapy and does not replace medical care.
Mediumship and intuitive services are not to be treated as 100% factual statements or guaranteed communication with the deceased.
Any decisions you make after a session are solely your responsibility.

5. Group Sessions

Group sessions may include guided Reiki, energy healing circles, mediumship demonstrations, or spiritual development workshops.

By participating in a group session:

You understand that information shared may be received in a group setting and may be witnessed by others present.
You agree to maintain confidentiality and respect for others in the group.
Personal messages may not be guaranteed for every participant in mediumship events.
Disruptive or disrespectful behaviour may result in removal from the session without a refund.

Group sessions may be recorded for quality or future training purposes. You will be notified if recording is taking place and given the option to opt out where possible.

6. Payment & Cancellation Policy

Full payment is required at the time of service for all private and group sessions. Unless specified to be paid in advance (i.e. events to save your seat etc.)
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If cancelled after, will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Missed sessions, including late arrivals or no-shows, are non-refundable.
Group event tickets are non-refundable but may be transferable with notice.

7. Confidentiality & Privacy

We respect your privacy. All personal and session-related information is kept confidential, in compliance with the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of British Columbia.

Group settings may reduce the level of confidentiality due to shared space. We encourage all participants to be respectful of others’ privacy.

8. Code of Conduct

Participants must engage in sessions and events with kindness, openness, and respect. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services for:

Disruptive or harmful behaviour
Harassment or abuse
Violation of any Terms and Conditions

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including materials used in sessions and workshops, is the intellectual property of 33 Hearts Healing unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce or distribute content without express permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

33 Hearts Healing shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, injury, or damages resulting from use of this website, sessions, or events.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved through the courts of that province.
