Refund Policy

At 33 Hearts Healing, we honour your time and energy, as well as our own. Please review our refund policy carefully before booking.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future session.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session.

  • No refunds will be issued after services have been delivered, as energy work and intuitive services are based on time, presence, and energetic exchange, and results may vary by individual.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Missed appointments (no-shows)

  • Dissatisfaction with subjective outcomes of intuitive or spiritual sessions

  • Group event tickets unless the event is cancelled by the facilitator

  • Services already rendered

Rescheduling

If you are unable to attend your session but provide at least 24 hours’ notice, you may:

  • Reschedule your appointment

  • Request a refund

  • Receive a credit for future use
